CleanHub wanted their portraits outdoors — ideally by the ocean, which made perfect sense considering they’re literally working to save it.

​

Unfortunately, we were in Berlin. No ocean. So we improvised. We ended up shooting at Holzmarkt, right by the Spree — a little slice of nature in the middle of the city.

​

For their mood board they sent just one image: a sunset. Lol.. At first, I had no idea what to make of it. But somehow, it made sense.  

​

The result was a series of portraits that reflect exactly who they are: thoughtful, grounded, and doing something that matters. No big setups, no artificial polish — just people, purpose, and a little bit of sunlight.

Sometimes, one sunset really is enough.
